You can collect your conference materials, including the regional transportation card valid for July 25-31, on Sunday July 26 in Sokos Hotel Presidentti in the Helsinki city center (address: Eteläinen Rautatienkatu 4). The registration will be open in the hotel lobby from 19.00 to 20.30.

Tutorial Day participants will receive their badges and conference material on Saturday at the registration and service desk in the main entrance hall of the Main building,

Registration will be possible on site. Banquet attendance is available only for on-line registered participants who have registered also for the banquet. We cannot guarantee the availability of the transportation for on-site registered participants.

Payment and confirmation
All payments (registration fee and hotel deposit) should be made in advance in euros (EUR) in connection with the registration. When registering online, you will receive instant confirmation of successful registration by email.

Please use the participant’s reference number when making the bank transfer. The reference number will be shown on the automatic reply that you will receive after submitting the registration form online. Payment by bank transfer is to be settled within two weeks of registration. All payments should be made free of banking charges.

2. By credit card
Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Eurocard are accepted. Please follow the instructions given on the online form and proceed to payment at once.

3. By invoice
Kindly mark the details (exact invoicing address and reference) for your invoice request in the ‘invoice’ field on the online registration form. A supplement of EUR 11 will be added. Please note that if a new invoice needs to be issued due to incorrect or insufficient invoicing details given in the registration, the invoice fee will be charged for each invoice separately.

Note! Bank drafts as well as personal, traveller’s or company cheques cannot be accepted.

Confirmation of participation
The Conference Secretariat will confirm the participation upon receiving the registration and payments. No participation confirmation letters will be sent before all the payments have been received.

Cancellation and refund policy
Kindly note that all cancellations and/or changes to registration and accommodation must be made in written form to Tavicon Ltd by email: icds2015(at) or by fax: +358 207 701 201.
If a cancellation for the participation and/or hotel reservation is received by 31 May 2015, the registration fee will be refunded with the exception of a handling fee of EUR 50 and the hotel deposit will be refunded with the exception of a handling fee of EUR 20. No refunds of the delegate fee or hotel reservation can be made for cancellations received after 31 May 2015. Please note that no-show does not constitute cancellation. In a case of no-show, there will be no refund of any payments. There is no extra fee if a registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organisation.
Please note that in the case of denied visa application, the same cancellation and refund policies apply as for other cancellations.
